Grilled Bok Choy
Now that the weather is starting to get warmer, it is grilling season! Most vegetables can be grilled and are great on their own or paired with some tasty burgers.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 heads of bok choy, sliced in half through the root end
Instructions:
- Heat up the grill.
- In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, fish sauce, soy sauce, and honey.
- Add the bok choy and toss to coat evenly.
- Cook bok choy on the grill for approximately 2 to 3 minutes on all sides until slightly wilted.
